Just saw this video today (thanks to a tweet by music critic Jenny Eliscu) and fell in love. This guy’s music is dark and bleak and beautiful. BBC Music described Keaton Henson as “a crafter of small music and slow sounds” and said “his songs creep up on you – they don’t shout for your attention, but whisper for it.” The 23-year-old recorded his intimate debut album Dear… in his bedroom, somewhere outside of London. Not only do his music and his words stick with you, but so do his images.
